My name is Justine with a passion for teaching people to live with health and radiance in their life.
I began my journey to yoga in the fitness industry 25 years ago and like so many others I eventually found myself on a yoga mat.
I continued to explored my yoga practice with Iyengar yoga, Bikram yoga and Vinyasa yoga. Eventually I committed to my body, mind and practice which lead me to completing my Bikram Yoga Teacher training and a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training with an "Outstanding" grade from the renowned teacher Claire Missingham. My knowledge expanded with my Yin Yoga training with the amazing Sarah Powers and Post natal yoga with Nadia Narain. In January 2018 I completed my Inferno Hot Pilates training with the awesome Gabriella Walters, Level 1 & Level 2. My Yoga For All training with Dianne Bondy and Amber Karnes helped me to understand the greater need for classes to be accessible for everyone no matter what the shape or size of our bodies. Yoga is for everyone. Advanced 300hour vinyasa teacher training with Jason Crandell.
I believe that yoga should be accessible for all abilities and all bodies, to help students feel comfortable in their own bodies, with their own practice through alignment, flexibility and strength in a playful and inclusive environment. Building a mindset and practice to live your life to its fullest potential.

Open Classes - are for any level of yoga, although some experience of yoga is useful, it
isn't essential. In these classes you will be lead through a beautiful flowing yoga with the opportunity to go at your own pace, with hands on assists and modifications.
Chair Class - is for the less abled body to help with mobility, stretching, and general feel good factor.
There is a flight of stairs you need to be able to climb.
Wellness Class - is a longer class to include meditation, sun salutations, breath work, restorative poses and yoga Nidra to help let go of your week an set you up for an amazing weekend.
Yoga for Cyclists - aimed to introduce and develop knowledge and confidence in yoga to strengthen and stretch important muscle groups to complement your cycling.
Men Only Class - a class to encourage men to understand and enjoy yoga in a non- competitive environment and move their bodies for great strength, flexibility, mobility and lifestyle.
Beginners Courses are open to anyone but aimed at people who are new to yoga. You will learn about the positions of yoga, breathing, relaxation, modifications to help slowly build your practice each week with modifications, alignment and technique in a safe, encouraging and supportive environment.

Just to say thank you for the beginners course. It was fantastic; just the right level but always offering alternatives to go further or to do less if needed.
The whole experience was brilliant; the location, your teaching, the meditation. It’s made a huge difference to how I feel physically and mentally.
I wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying the class. After a period of injuries and ill health, this is really helping me to come through to "the other side" of wellness.... and hopeful fitness again! I just wanted to let you know that the classes are fantastic!
Thank you for today's chair class, I certainly feel better for it and quite strangely serine and calm. I had the most amazing patterned blue colour of joy in my head with out last meditation.
Expect to laugh, sweat, focus, be inspired and challenged to perhaps shed a little of what binds you, in a calm, supportive and encouraging environment. Build and learn intelligent sequencing and depth of understanding overtime.

Lyndsey loves the strength that her own body and mind gains from yoga, so tries to bring that quality to her classes. With a background and career in dance, Lyndsey loves the creativity to play about with different choreography all the while mixing it up with a funky soundtrack to turn the heat up in the room!

Vanessa teaches a heartfelt practice with a deep focus on breath and alignment. Holding a space with individuals to open, reflect and absorb. You will come out of her class with a smile as big as hers.
